Executive Committee

• The Executive Committee consists of the 4 mandatory committee roles, being the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary, and 3 non-portfolio members.  

• There are a total of seven Executive Committee members elected at the AGM every year. 

• Five Executive Members need to be present at an Executive Committee meeting to achieve a quorum.

What is the role of the Executive Committee?

The Executive Committee meets only when decisions need to be made and voted on.
